Opponents of gay marriage are seeking to overturn a California Supreme Court ruling declaring a ban on such marriages illegal and plan to place a measure to that effect on the Nov. 4, 2008, ballot. This market will cash out at $100 if the measure passes. It will cash out at $0 if the measure fails or if the measure fails to qualify to get on the ballot.
