The winning state in this market will be the one in which the difference between the Democratic and Republican votes for president is the smallest percentage of the total vote cast in that state. The determination will be made on the vote count given in the New York Times, although if the difference between two states is extremely close payouts won’t be made until official canvasses in the pertinent states have been completed.
