What about:
Alex Rodriquez?
David Ortiz?
Vladimir Guerrero?
Barry Bonds?
I’m guessing since ARox, Papi, and Vlad are with American League teams, they don’t apply in this market. If a trade happens, I guess they would fall under Anyone Else, much like if Bonds signs with an NL team.
Who is David Lee? Is this Derek Lee?
Thanks to Atomic Funk for catching the silly error I had with Derek Lee. That has been corrected.
FYI — it’s Derrek Lee. Not that spelling matters of course
As pointed out by sunidh ‘Anyone Else’ pretty well covers it. IF a trade occurs only those home runs hit while in the National League will count for this market. (and officially, for that matter)
A good tracking source:

This market is to determine who you believe will lead the National League in home runs in 2008. This market will close with about 10 games or so left in the season. If there is a tie for the top spot both will pay out at 100. Have fun.
Ryan Howard won the title in 2006.
Prince Fielder is the defending champ.
Adam Dunn is 40 or more home runs for the last four years in a row
Albert Pujols still has a lot of pop left in his bat.
His production is going up every year.
He could followup his great rookie season with even higher numbers
Can Carlos Beltran belt a few more?
Alfonso may lead the cubs to the promised land.
David Lee could have a healthy year this year
He is on this list for a reason. Check his stats.
A few more at bats and he could have some great numbers.
Any player that is eligible for Rookie of the Year honors
Perhaps I have overlooked a prodigious slugger.
