I believe both the Deccan Chargers and Bangalore Royal Challengers have both been mathematically eliminated from the playoff so can not win the Premier League tournament. After 11 games out of 14 game regular season, they each have 4 points so at most can reach 10 points if they win out. With the top four teams already at 12 or better, they are out.
