Same for Austria, Czech Republic, France and Romania. All are eliminated.
bye bye Greece and Sweden
Hey, how about cashing out the eliminated teams ?
Sorry about the delay on cashing out the eliminated teams.
I’m closing the market today, through Sunday and the last quarterfinal. I’ll open it again once the semis are set.
why is this market closed
As I spelled out in the Market Information, I’m closing this market during the quarterfinals and semifinals.
Market is closed again for the semis. I’ll open it back up once the final is set.
the final is set. why not open the market now?
Now you can/must cash out the market with the final results.
why was the market not opened before the finals? this goes against what was shared as market info.
My apologies for banging things up for the final. Looks like it all got settled in the end, albeit with a hiccup here and there.
well i was long on germany till the finals, where i was certain they’ll be sunk by the spanish armada. but since the market was shut, i got sunk as well. so are these hiccups common here – i am a newcomer.
Euro 2008 kicks off in June, with 16 European nations battling it out for continental supremacy. Most pundits expect it to be a wide-open tournament. Can Greece defend their crown? Will a traditional power like Germany or France impose themselves? Can hosts Austria or Switzerland spring a surprise? Will an underdog (Sweden? Romania?) pull a Greece? Or will Italy make it a World and Euro double?
The market will remain open through the first two rounds of group play. I’ll then close it June 15-18, when the last round of group games determine the quarterfinalists. From then on, I’ll close the market during the quarter and semi games, but leave it open otherwise. And we’ll close it once and for all the morning of the final, on Sunday, June 29.
