Just noticed the “ticker symbols” on your stock price chart. Nice.
And I just saw them now. Cute.
Which Jesse Jackson? The former presidential candidate or his son, the Congressman from Obama’s home state of Illinois?
Sorry for the ambiguity — I was only thinking of the father but to be fair, I’ll count either.
Will a taped speech count? One is likely from Senator Kennedy (source). Interpreting things literally, my inclination is to say that it shouldn’t count.
> Will a taped speech count?
Sorry, but I won’t count that. My original rule was:
“To count, a person has to speak in the main venue.”
Ted Kennedy will have to be in Denver to count.
News on 8/11 from http://www.demconvention.com/the-2008-convention-americans-gathering-to-change-the-course-of-a-nation/
Planned keynote speakers:
Monday: Michelle Obama
Tuesday: Hillary Clinton
Wednesday: the Vice Presidential Candidate
Thursday: Barack Obama
Former President Bill Clinton will also speak on Wednesday night.
Now that the schedule is starting to fall into place, do you plan to start cashing out the ones that have been announced?
Pelosi also on opening night. Ted Kennedy only via videotape.

Here’s the first full list I’ve seen of planned speakers.
I’ll cash out the market when the event happens. For example, I’ll give 100 when the person speaks but I’ll hold off on 0’s until the convention is over.
BTW, this list may help in the other markets for who the VP will be.
