Jerry Yang is still the CEO of Yahoo and will not step down until a successor is named. The process of selecting his replacement may take several months leaving Yang CEO on 31 Dec 2008. Please restore Yang as an option.
i second that
I re-added a “Jerry Yang” choice to handle the case that his replacement doesn’t take over until 2009.
Thank you for fixing this!
I think it’s highly unlikely that Yang’s replacement would be announced between now and the end of the year. With the holiday season, most companies shut down and workers are on vacation.
On December 31, 2008, who will be Yahoo!’s CEO?
Currently it is Jerry Yang but grumbling about his leadership have increased. Will he be replaced by year-end?
This market pays out for the person who holds the title on that date. Note that multiple CEOs could exist before year-end, but, only the person on the last day of 2008 will count.
Added another Jerry Yang selection to correct an over-eager admin decision.
