The Constitution Party has placed Ron Paul on the ballot in Montana in the 2008 Presidential election. Ron Paul is not running, and is not expected to campaign for President, but has not asked that his name be removed.
Each dollar in the market represents 1/10% of the popular vote (Votes for Ron Paul/Total votes cast for all candidates). Any major media results will be accepted unless disputed, and in that case, results as reported by the government of Montana will be used.
If Ron Paul’s name does not appear on the ballet for any reason, I will cash out this market at the price at the time of any such announcement, or as close as possible.
Ron Paul came in 2nd to Romney in the binding caucuses and 2nd to McCain in the non-binding primary.
