Jahm: If this is set up as a stock with only one possible winner, there’s the potential for a very large mess if Obama comes out and announces several cabinet posts in the same press conference, including multiple Republicans.

You’re right. I guess will need to look to which name is actually vocalized first. Any other suggestions?

This market will be closed when President-elect Obama announces his first Republican appointee or 1/20/2009 whichever comes first. Congressional approval, or lack thereof, will not be considered. If there are two or more announced on the same day the cash out value will be split evenly.
