Am I safe to assume that “Prime Time” would be 7 – 11 Eastern Time? Not just the time that nbc CBS and ABC are covering the convention live?

I don’t know if they’ll stretch past 10pm. I’m taking the RNC as the lead, ranging from 7 to 10pm. As stated in the question’s background, I would consider “prime time” any time between 8 to 10.
