How are you defining a “major” conference and a “non-major” conference?
As requested, here is the definition of the “Other Major Conference Team”.
This covers any non-listed school from a major conference – ACC, Big East, Big 12, Big 10, Pac-10, and the SEC. You may not totally agree with this definition of the major conferences, but for the purposes of this market, that is the way it is.
As indicated in the market information – this market is now closed. I will continue to cash out as teams are eliminated. When only four are standing, they will cash at 100%.
This market will close AFTER the sweet sixteen is determined. It will payout 100% to each of the Final Four teams. Any other team or choice will have an inkling value of Zero. The definition of “Major conference” is explained under that choice. If you have any questions on this Inkling market, please enter it in the discussion area for all to see.
Can Hansbrough lead his team to the promised land?
A nice blend of old players and new players. With a good coach to back them up.
Will this be the breakthough year for the team that always seems to be knokcing at the door, but never quite gets over the threshold?
Will the youngsters learn enough to have success during March Madness?
Does a force in the middle help the Hoya’s chances?
Are the Longhorn’s in it for the long run?
Is this the best team in America as the west coast crowd would have us believe?
Love ’em or hate ’em, coach K has them on the right path this season!
Will the Beast from the East make a strong run for the title?
Is this the best team from the Big Ten – and is that good enough to reach the final four?
Will Pitino provide a happy ending for this talented bunch?
Have the Volunteers improved so much they can vault into the final group?
Will A.J.Graves and his deadly three point shooting lead this smaller school to a berth among the big boys?
Some pundits would have you believe this is the best team in the state of Texas.
This team will go about as far as phenom Eric Gordon will take them. (P.S. – This is my personal darkhorse team!)
This school has been a powerhouse in basketball for many, many years.
They are off to another undefeated start. Can they sustain the love this time around?

This will be a choice for any team that is not on the list already or that pays for a conference not listed as a major (see “Major conference team” for this market definition). This choice also includes any Independent schools that make the Final Four.
