O.J. Simpson is on trial in Las Vegas on charges relating to an alleged hotel raid in 2007. This market will cash out at $100 if Simpson is found guilty of a felony, $0 if he is not, whether through acquittal or mistrial. A plea of guilty or nolo contendere to a felony would count as a conviction. If the jury finds Simpson guilty and that verdict is overturned by the trial judge, that would still count as guilty for the purposes of this market.

If completion of the trial should be delayed beyond the end of 2008, the market will cash out at $0. If Simpson is found guilty of misdemeanors but no felonies, the market also would cash out at $0.

Trading may be suspended before market is closed in accordance with news developments.
