Filat has been gone since 2013, Tusk gone as of 9/22/14, Massimov disappeared in 2012 but became PM again in April 2014

We will cash Putin out when he is no longer prime minister. The president of Russia is not the head of government.

Thanks. That’s what I thought. But since he seems to be pulling the strings no matter where he is, you could have gone either way on the question.
