Looks like race is between Northern Europe (UK & Sweden) and Southern Europe (Turkey and Macedonia) with Turkish elections on August 10th (August 24th if run off required) and Swedish election on September 14th, both of which are likely to lead to changes in government. I suppose it will come down to timing of swearing in a new PM.

I would bet, that Libyan Baghdadi Mahmudi will jump ship, before Muammar Gaddafi departs power in Libya.
