The final 2013 announcement still has Taylor Swift as the top album, but still at 3x platinum. I think we can now cash this out as “No”.

Taylor Swift’s “Red” is 3x platinum as of December 11th RIAA announcement. Seems like good chance Christmas sales could push it over 4x but maybe no announcement until 2013 when final 2012 sales are tallied. Curious how market creator would choose to cash that out.
