The description is contradicting itself. I have made all my trades on the remark that the question will cash out when the gauge on this page http://water.weather.gov/ahps2/hydrograph_to_xml.php?gage=cmbs2&output=tabular drops below 17 just as the descriptions states. I trust that this will be the case seeing as it is the most detailed criterium in the description.
