Out of curiosity, why was this refunded? Congress did not pass, Congress did not block, there was no veto override, Congress was unable to agree to anything so increase automatically took place.

@SneakyPete, 3 of the more intriguing outcomes are not listed here. That one chamber, most likely the House, passes legislation to BLOCK the debt ceiling increase. That both House and Senate vote to BLOCK an increase and the legislation is vetoed. That both chambers vote to BLOCK and the veto is overridden. Is it possible to add those options to this market?
