Fixed. Cashed out at $0 since Boston didn’t get swept. Joenb, if you have any questions about this, feel free to contact me/us directly.

Hey folks, not sure which part of first round of playoffs being over we don’t understand.

wstritt   •   Wed Oct 09 2013 at 09:21pm PDT

I think everyone understands the first round is over. What people don’t understand is why the market was cashed out at 100 (yes) when the Red Sox did not get swept and market should have been cashed out at 0 (no).

joshpcma   •   Wed Oct 09 2013 at 05:30pm PDT

This market was cashed out wrong. The Sox are headed to the ALCS having best Maddon and the Rays.

foobar   •   Wed Oct 09 2013 at 10:35am PDT

Oy! This market cashed out in reverse – again.

joenb   •   Fri Oct 04 2013 at 04:39pm PDT

I am new to this but since they won and can not get swept why would the question remain open?

wstritt   •   Fri Oct 04 2013 at 07:37pm PDT

You, as the market creator, to cash out the market. Click,on box that says admin to right of question, then cash out as appropriate. If you want to cash out as of some prior time/date, use the uh-oh feature that comes up on the cash out screen.

bobdevine   •   Fri Oct 04 2013 at 04:28pm PDT

Ooops. Red Sox did not get swept. Please reverse the cash out.

joenb   •   Fri Oct 04 2013 at 04:39pm PDT

I am new to this but since they won and can not get swept why would the question remain open?

foobar   •   Fri Oct 04 2013 at 05:18pm PDT

The question should not be open either, it should be closed as the question is resolved. We don’t want to give away too many free inkles.

bobdevine   •   Fri Oct 04 2013 at 05:18pm PDT

If you have trouble reversing the cash out (the answer should have been 0, not 100), you can send email to the website administrator.

foobar   •   Fri Oct 04 2013 at 04:54pm PDT

To be “swept” would mean for the red socks to lose all of their games; since the red socks won, they were not swept. I think you reversed the answer values – yes should pay out to 0 not 100.
