Wow, we could wait 2+ years for a refund? Mighty enticing! Why not say that (any other team moves) or Expansion Team also includes “no team in LA”?

This is a highly speculative question. A “no team in LA” choice would still take two years to pay out.

I imagine CB’s point is that it would at least pay out at something. Say I don’t think the Raiders will move so short them. If nothing happens, I’d be right but walk away with nothing with a refund. So, if you think there is a good chance of nothing happening, probably no reason to tie up Inkles.
