Mmmm… Dodgy interpretation IMO. Saying “I’m not going to answer that question” can be construed to be an answer I guess :/ He’s been asked about the allegations many times since the story broke, and dodged the question as he has here…
I took the question here to mean that he would actually speak to the matter, not a further deflection (as he has been instructed to do by his legal team).

Seems like he was somewhere between addressing and dodging, and for the purposes of this question (my own) I made a judgement call that he addressed it.

He spoke about the accusations in an interview with the Florida Times which has been reported by others so it seems the answer is yes.

Sort of depends on what you mean by “address” though. He clearly spoke about it in an interview. On the other hand, he didn’t come out and say “yes I did it” or “no I didn’t do it” if that is what you mean.

He addressed it by saying he doesn’t have to address it; which is true especially since it has been reported that the respective statutes of limitation have all expired.

I think they refer to the same interview. Florida Times in my comment should have been Florida Today.
