Boeing's Phantom Eye is a liquid hydrogen-fueled, high altitude long endurance (HALE) unmanned aircraft system (UAS). It has been completing endurance and altitude testing since its maiden flight in 2012. The aircraft is designed for reconnaisance missions, in places such as Afghanistan. The Phantom's ninth (and last known) test flight occured in 2014 - it has since been placed in storage until an appropriate development opportunity occures.
Currently the Phantom Eye has achieved experimental status under hte United States Air Force and is able to fly test missions beyond Edwards Air Force Base, located in California.
For the purpose of this question 'successful test flight' means that the aircraft is airborne for at least 5 hours.
